WP2: SEC Planning Process

WP2 sought to identify and plan the initial stages in establishing a Sustainable Energy Community (SEC). This included drawing together groups of key stakeholders (in SEC Stakeholder Steering Boards). Partners worked together to determine the range of stakeholders required and will discuss the best methods for engaging these stakeholders. Within WP2 each core SEC partner also carried out initial reviews to contribute to the development of the Sustainable Energy Action Plans in Work Package 4.

Stakeholder Steering Boards (SSBs):

The ASPIRE project has created a template Terms of Reference (ToR) for the role and composition of Stakeholder Steering Boards:

SSBs have been established in each of the core ASPIRE communities. Terms of Reference for these groups have been created to define their role and objectives, see below for examples :
