WP1: Project management

Leader of the work package: Cornwall County Council / Community Energy Plus

WP1 dealt with all financial and administrative requirements of managing an IEE programme. WP1 also essentially dealt with managing communication between all project partners to ensure that the project delivers to time and to budget.
